The Bath Collection

Consulto Collection sanitaryware is manufactured at our own factory in West Sussex. It is, in general terms, made from technologically advanced resin providing great strength, high insulation value and surface quality. This material is called EnDuraCore , and other applications include boat hulls and car bumpers.

The sanitaryware is produced by injection moulding. The surface finish, both internal and external is a neopolyglycol gelcoat, giving a durable finish which can be shiny or matt as required. Between these surfaces is a core of dense polyurethane resin, mixed with mineral powder, which varies in thickness between 10mm and 25mm according to the individual design.

Consulto’s EnDuraCore sanitaryware is immensely strong and has great rigidity. It can be produced in most shapes, with defined angles, straight edges and soft curves as required, and in any colour, with or without decoration. Should a high impact accident occur (for instance, during installation) the strength and integrity of the shell should not be compromised, and the surface damage can be repaired in-situ. Because of the high insulation properties of the minerals/resin compound, the products retain heat (from the water) and feel comfortable to the touch.

EnDuraCore sanitaryware, produced solely by our factory, complies with all current EU legislation. It is guaranteed against manufacturing defect for 10 years.
